The Partners

With over 14 years of experience coordinating events Geneva Gmelich O'Brien and Amy Price Staszkow have created a service-rich event planning firm that caters to our clients' individual needs. Geneva Gmelich O'Brien and Amy Price Staszkow have been event coordinators for the last thirteen years. Between the two of them, they have coordinated close to 350 events and have been involved with many more on a management level. O'Brien and Staszkow gained experience while they were employed at an event coordination firm in Los Angeles. At that time, their responsibilities included not only coordinating events, but also managing an office of nine employees. This gave both O'Brien and Staszkow invaluable experience in running an event coordination company as well as allowing them to maximize their knowledge, experience and working relationships in the event and entertainment industries. In June of 2000, O'Brien and Staszkow decided to create their own event coordination firm. In addition to O'Brien and Staszkow, Blue Room Events' staff consists of Senior Event Coordinators, Traci Hoffberg and Peter Farnan, and Assistant Event Coordinator Stephanie Gonzalez.
