Guest List Experts

With over 25 years of experience working in the event industry, Blue Room has built a team of guest coordination experts. Through our years in the industry, we learned that guest coordination was a vastly underserved need. While event producers were great at production, there wasn’t anyone truly dedicated to inviting guests and handling all the follow-up that comes after the invites are sent.

Blue Room focuses on guest communication and ticketing. By niching down we are able to provide you and your guests with true white glove service.

Whether it be a Screening, Premiere, Festival, Awards Show, Gala Dinner or any type of event that has a guest list, pass over that list and we will take it from there! We will manage all communication from first invites through guest check-in and make sure each guest feels like a VIP.
